About the Position
We are Everstar, the first recruitment agency that helps milltech companies find talented individuals and collectively achieve victory. One of our clients is engaged in the production of machinery and radio-electronic devices that enhance the effectiveness of combat operations.
The company is constantly growing, developing, and improving its workflows. Currently, it is expanding its IT department and is looking for an experienced developer who will take responsibility for the development and architectural integrity of internal accounting systems.
Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the company's production and management processes.
Responsibilities
- Development of Accounting Contour: Modernization and adaptation of management, accounting, and payroll systems to meet new business needs.
- Project Delivery: Full cycle development of new functional modules-from technical task analysis to release.
- Process Optimization: Automation of routine operations and reengineering of existing logic to speed up system performance.
- System Maintenance: Comprehensive administration and technical support of the integrity of the information architecture (platform 8.3).
- Ecosystem Creation: Design and implementation of stable integration links with external software and services.
Requirements
- ERP Expertise: Deep understanding of the architecture of corporate systems (particularly 1C, UTP modules, HRM/Payroll, and document management).
- Development Experience: Over 5 years of successful design and support of high-load business automation systems.
- Integration Experience: Practical skills in building data exchanges (API, services) between different software complexes.
- Code Quality: Ability to work with existing code, perform professional refactoring, and optimize database performance.
