About the Position

Our team also works with modern technologies, helping businesses digitize processes, automate operations, and scale.

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant to help us build a new line of work with clients in the field of accounting system migration. This role is for a specialist who combines an understanding of accounting/financial processes with business analysis skills and the ability to formalize requirements for the development team. The main focus is on analyzing existing processes in 1C, gathering business requirements, and preparing quality task statements for developers.

You will be involved in projects related to migrating clients from 1C to modern ERP solutions. Projects may vary by domain (trade, services, manufacturing), but all are related to financial and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing business requirements from the client (finance, accounting, operational processes)
Describing existing business processes (AS-IS) and designing target processes (TO-BE)
Analyzing the functionality of existing systems (including 1C/BAS)
Formalizing requirements in the form of user stories/functional specifications
Setting technical tasks for the development team
Participating in workshops with the client and internal team
Coordinating requirements between business and development
Supporting the data migration process (at the logic and structure level)

Requirements

3+ years of successful experience in implementing 1C / BAS or similar ERP systems
Experience in migrating ERP systems
Knowledge of accounting, financial accounting, and management accounting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and legislation in accounting and finance
Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
Experience in preparing ERP for audits and inspections
Experience in describing and controlling accounting rules in ERP
Experience in configuring or maintaining ERP financial modules
Experience with financial controls and access rights
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience in testing ERP solutions
Experience in reconciling and validating migrated data
Experience in Go-Live and post-Go-Live support
Experience with ERP integrations

Nice to Have

Understanding of data migration processes
Technical understanding of data structures in ERP systems
English – Intermediate level is a plus
