Your Mission
Být klíčovým článkem mezi světem AI a podnikovými ERP systémy – navrhovat a realizovat integrace, které propojí naše AI řešení s ERP infrastrukturou zákazníků.
Main Responsibilities
Analysis of ERP Environment & Design of Integrations
- Analyze customer ERP systems (primarily SAP, but also Dynamics, Infor, and others) – processes, data, quality
- Design how our AI will connect with existing ERP modules of the customer
- Assess the technical feasibility of integration in the context of the customer's ERP infrastructure
Technical Consulting & Presales
- Communicate with IT departments, customer ERP teams, and map their system environment
- Prepare technical specifications of integration solutions and estimate implementation effort
- Collaborate with the business team on preparing offers and technical parts of project documentation
- Clearly present technical solutions in the area of customer management integration
Implementation of Integration Projects
- Accompany projects from integration design through development to deployment in production
- Collaborate with the development team on implementing APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
- Ensure proper data mapping between AI applications and ERP systems
Development of ERP Know-how in the Team
- Be an internal expert on ERP issues for other consultants and developers
- Monitor trends in the field of ERP integrations
- Build a library of best practices for integrating AI solutions with various ERP platforms
What Will Help You Succeed
- You have several years of experience with ERP systems – primarily SAP
- You have worked on integration projects – connecting ERP with external applications, data warehouses, or other systems
- You are familiar with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, OData, SAP BTP)
- You understand the basics of SAP modules for logistics and manufacturing (MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD) at a technical level
- You are interested in AI and modern technologies and want to connect them with enterprise systems
- You can communicate with customers and function as a technical partner for their IT departments
Required Skills & Personal Attributes
- ERP System Knowledge – You understand ERP systems (primarily SAP – S/4HANA or ECC) from both functional and configuration perspectives and can set things up yourself. Knowledge of other ERPs (Dynamics, Infor, Helios) is an advantage.
- Integration Expertise – You know how ERP communicates with surrounding systems (IDoc, OData, API) and can design and discuss it with development (no need to program).
- Domain Knowledge of Logistics and Manufacturing – You understand how ERP supports production planning, material management, and logistics processes.
- Communication Skills – You can deal with both business and IT customers, explain your design, and defend it.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Thinking – You can quickly map a complex environment and find a pragmatic way to connect things (considering customer constraints and possibilities).
