Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a strategic account portfolio, building strong relationships with clients.
• Design and execute action plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Be responsible for the global strategy of your accounts and track key performance indicators (KPIs): Customer NPS, Worker NPS, Vacancy Fill Rate, Absenteeism, and Attrition.
• Become a strategic partner for the client, understanding their business and anticipating their needs.
• Lead service delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring an excellent experience.
• Identify problems and improvement opportunities and convert them into concrete and measurable action plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Contracts, Payroll, Billing, and Worker Success.
• Drive technology, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and indicators to make decisions and detect growth opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the sustainable growth of accounts.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or similar.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years in large consulting firms, account management, consumer goods companies, or similar environments.
• Skills:
  • Experience in high-impact client relationships.
  • Experience leading operations and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Strong customer and results orientation, with a growth mindset and focus on quality.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating different stakeholders to achieve demanding objectives.
  • Analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, data, and reports to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Native Spanish, English proficiency is valued.
