Location and Work Model

Our Finance team operates in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-person presence at our office in São Paulo.

About the Area

Integrating the Finance structure, this is a strategic support area, with an important role in implementing systemic solutions in control demands. The team acts as an essential bridge between business needs, internal controls, and the product team's deliverables.

Activities

• Create, structure, and monitor KPIs and indicators of the area, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data used in the analyses;
• Perform recurring analysis of indicators, identifying deviations, trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement;
• Build executive reports and presentations, consolidating results, main deviations, causes, and action plans;
• Act as PMO for area initiatives, organizing demands, deadlines, responsible parties, and next steps;
• Interface between the needs of business teams and the teams responsible for developing solutions, ensuring scope, priority, and expectation alignment;
• Monitor the development and implementation of initiatives, ensuring the evolution of deliverables and signaling risks, impediments, and schedule deviations;
• Organize and conduct follow-up meetings, ensuring the recording of decisions and the monitoring of action plans;
• Interact with different stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements for the teams responsible for development.

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis.
• Intermediate knowledge in SQL (focused on extraction, manipulation, and analysis).
• Ability to prepare executive presentations and structured reports (storytelling with data/Google Slides/PowerPoint).
• Intermediate English for technical reading and communication.

Soft Skills:

• Experience in project and process management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to transition between Finance and Technology.
• Strong interest in the financial segment and affinity with HR topics.

Differentials (Desirable Requirements)

Hard Skills:

• Practical experience in building analytical dashboards in BI tools.

Soft Skills / Business:

• Previous knowledge of the QuintoAndar business model or prior experience in technology and fintech companies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
