EspoCRM Developer – Custom CRM Credit Hire & Vehicle Repair Business (UK)

About the Position

Hi all, We’re a UK-based accident repair garage and credit hire company handling both fault and non-fault insurance claims. We’re looking for a skilled EspoCRM developer or team to build a custom CRM that can fully automate our claims process. The system will manage:

• Claimant data intake
• Vehicle registration checks
• Driving licence verification
• Document generation (hire agreements, repair estimates, legal notices)
• Insurer correspondence
• Credit hire and vehicle repair tracking
• Legal escalation (letters, particulars of claim, court pack PDF)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom CRM system using EspoCRM
• Implement public-facing claimant intake form with uploads and digital consent
• Integrate APIs for DVLA, MIB or proxy insurance check, Licence Check, and Vehicle spec API
• Automate workflows to send documents, track insurer deadlines, and auto-escalate
• Assign and track hire/repair vehicles
• Implement role-based staff access and admin dashboard
• Ensure document storage and communication history per claim

Requirements

• Proficiency in EspoCRM
• Experience with API integrations
• Knowledge of workflow automation
• Familiarity with self-hosted Linux VPS (e.g. DigitalOcean)

• EspoCRM (preferred)

Project Info

• Timeline: 4–6 weeks
• Budget: £4,500–£5,500 (GBP) – milestone-based preferred
