EspoCRM Developer Needed

About the Position

We need an EspoCRM Developer to customize the Kanban Board and create reporting and analytics for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Customize the Kanban Board to display the full form of opportunity (custom fields) when an Opportunity is moved from one stage to another.
• Customize the Kanban Board to prevent linear movement of Opportunities across each stage (column) without filling all required fields.
• Develop reporting and analytics including:
  • Conversion rate per sales rep at a given time [Lead to Opportunity]
  • Conversion rate per sales rep at a given time [Opportunity to Closed Won]
  • Conversion rate per team at a given time [Lead to Opportunity]
  • Conversion rate per team at a given time [Opportunity to Closed Won]
  • Conversion rate of Team at a given time
  • Number of opportunities per sales rep per stage at a given time
  • Number of opportunities per stage for Team at a given time
  • Lead/Opportunity time or rate of closing per sales rep
  • Average time in moving a Lead from one stage to another per sales rep
  • Average time in moving a Lead from one stage to another for each team
  • Percentage of deals lost at each opportunity stage/column per sales rep
  • Percentage of deals lost at each opportunity stage/column for each team

Requirements

• Experience in the customization development of EspoCRM.
• Ability to filter reporting data points by dates.
