About the Position
Estágio no Pós Vendas
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Post-Sales team in Guarulhos, Brazil. This role involves supporting customer service activities, data analysis, and collaborating with various teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Support planning activities related to post-sales with our service clients (customer inquiries, upselling, problem resolution, satisfaction surveys, and service analysis).
- Assist in data analysis to support retention/churn and NPS using VDO tools.
- Interface with operations, engineering, and billing teams for customer support.
- Monitor client implementations (API and Webhook) and digital solutions.
- Support the team in analyzing products and labels for authorized VDO networks.
- Assist in planning and monitoring actions to reduce the cost of service providers.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or Computer Engineering.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI.
