Event & Production Lead | Head Office

About the Position

We are currently looking for an Event & Production Lead to own our events, corporate gifts, and Boosta Shop & Coins loyalty program - delivering meaningful experiences with a true “wow” effect. Important: We are looking for a specialist based in Kyiv, as most of our events take place there. Office attendance is not required, so you'll be able to work remotely most of the time. You should also be ready for business trips across Ukraine and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team: manage and mentor a team of four specialists, distribute tasks, and support their professional growth.
• Drive strategic planning: develop the long-term roadmap for the function, align it with Boosta’s business goals, and effectively manage budgets and resources.
• Lead large-scale events (internal and external): oversee the organization of major corporate events, conference booths, and other large-scale initiatives.
• Organize the CEO Club: take ownership of the organizational part of our weekly C-level event held abroad twice a year.
• Manage gift and merchandise production: from corporate gifts and event merchandise to exclusive branded gifts created by our businesses.
• Develop Boosta Shop & Coins: our internal loyalty program, which has been recognized with the People First Award.
• Optimize and automate processes: improve internal workflows to ensure the team operates efficiently and smoothly.
• Track analytics and performance metrics: measure the effectiveness of events and projects using data and feedback to continuously improve future initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience: 3–4+ years in the event industry, including leading large-scale projects and managing budgets (experience in creative/event agencies or IT companies will be a plus).
• Think strategically: understand how internal events and corporate gifts contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, and business objectives.
• Have production expertise: stay up to date with merchandise, textile, and promotional product trends and have a strong visual taste.
• Combine creativity with structure: thrive in a multitasking environment, consistently meet deadlines, and take full ownership of your work and results.
• Are ready to speak with the world: have fluent Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, as you'll collaborate with vendors from different parts of the world.
