About the Position
Event Assistant (Temporary)
RavenPack is at the forefront of developing the next generation of generative AI tools for the finance industry. We are launching a new suite of GenAI and SaaS services, designed specifically for financial professionals. Join us as a temporary Event Assistant for Strategy Week in Marbella, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Run the welcome and reception desk, greeting and assisting clients, speakers, and attendees.
- Prepare and distribute welcome kits, merchandise, and event documentation.
- Support local transport and mobility, including coordinating transfers and handling local travel needs.
- Act as a communication link between the internal team, external vendors, and guests.
- Help with the setup and smooth running of the awards ceremony.
- Stay flexible and handle day-to-day tasks and small issues that come up during a live event.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish
- A valid driver’s license and your own car available for local travel
- Based in or near Marbella and able to work on-site
- Full availability for the event dates, including prep and wrap-up days and evenings
- Strongly organized, punctual, and comfortable juggling several things at once
- Professional, polished, and approachable with guests
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, hotel reception, events, or guest-facing roles
- Familiarity with corporate events or international audiences
- A calm, problem-solving attitude under pressure
