About the Position
We are seeking an Event Coordinator for Alumni Engagement to join our premier private education institution in Singapore, known as the "Academy of the Future" for its strong focus on industry-ready grooming.

Responsibilities
As the primary champion for our graduate community, you will:
- Drive the end-to-end strategy for local and international alumni engagement by planning impactful networking events, managing social media channels, and updating the corporate website with fresh initiatives and success stories.
- Ensure excellent service by promptly addressing alumni inquiries, maintaining database accuracy, tracking engagement metrics against industry benchmarks, and handling budget resources efficiently.
- Act as a strategic bridge across departments-gathering community feedback via focus groups and surveys to develop new service offerings, connecting alumni-led businesses with our Career Services team for employment opportunities, and collaborating with recruitment teams to promote upgrading and progression programmes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Skills:
- Strong in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently and professionally
