About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Business Event Manager with creative and critical thinking skills, who can develop unique ideas and implement them despite challenges. It is important for us that the person can communicate effectively, collaborate with many people, and feel passionate about the process, even when others step back. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, able to remain calm in stressful situations, love their job, and approach it with creativity.
Responsibilities
- Organization of participation in professional exhibitions, forums, conferences "turnkey" in Ukraine, Europe, USA
- Submission of applications to participate as a speaker and negotiation of participation terms
- Communication with organizers regarding booth placement conditions, including design and logistics
- Organization of accommodation, booking tickets, and transportation services for comfortable stay at events
- Search for contractors and communication with them
- Organization of educational lectures and webinars, including speaker search
- Formation of tasks for the development of advertising materials and control of their execution
- Market analysis, audience, tracking trends and relevant events
- Development of ideas and sending gifts to partners
- Development and ordering of corporate merchandise for employees
- Calculation and coordination of budgets for all types of activities

Requirements
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level and above
- Native Ukrainian
- Experience as a Business Event Manager of at least 3 years
- Experience working with contractors in another country
- Experience managing budgets for corporate events
- Creativity and practical application of creative ideas
- Ability to effectively collaborate and create comfort for others
- Organizational skills in stressful situations and analysis of consequences
- Clear expression of thoughts (verbally and in writing)
- Attention to detail with consideration of the big picture
