Responsibilities
- Plan and organize (inter-)national trade shows, customer events, and employee gatherings – from the initial idea to the last guest.
- Collaborate closely with various departments (Sales, Partner Management, etc.).
- Coordinate service providers, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth operations and create memorable moments.
- Maintain oversight of timing, processes, budget, reporting, and success control – everything runs smoothly.
- Be present at 5–8 events per year, live on-site when needed.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in event, marketing, or project management.
- A solid understanding of brand communication and how events can contribute to achieving marketing and sales goals.
- Fluency in German and English, with clear, confident, and concise communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality, organizational talent, flexibility, team player mentality, and a good sense for people.
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for live events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of common marketing or event management tools is a plus.
