About the Position
Event Manager
As our Event Manager, you will take full ownership of our presence at global events and exhibition stands - turning our marketing strategy into unforgettable experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Event Manager to own the full lifecycle of our events and exhibition stands - from concept development to post-event reporting. You'll work closely with venues, vendors, speakers, and partners to deliver seamless experiences that reflect the high standards of Molfar.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of online, offline, and hybrid events - from concept and planning to execution and post-event reporting
- Develop the event strategy, aligning it with the company's marketing, PR, and partnership goals
- Design event and stand concepts - from the core idea and audience engagement scenario to interactive mechanics and technical briefs for vendors
- Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, and branding, and oversee production quality of print and branded materials
- Manage contracts, budgets, procurement, and financial reporting
- Build relationships with speakers, partners, and delegations, and oversee guest logistics (invitations, registration, on-site support)
- Coordinate with marketing, PR, design, and other teams throughout event preparation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience organizing business events, conferences, or tech events
- Experience coordinating 50–500+ attendees at offline events
- Strong budget management and vendor coordination skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of PR, partnerships, and lead generation through events
- Confident use of AI tools to speed up planning, research, and content work
- Fluent written and spoken English for communication with international partners

- Experience working with international stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense-tech / gov / policy / tech ecosystem
- Experience with international events in the EU/UK
- Content and speaker production skills
- Basic design/presentation skills
