Event Manager

We are seeking an Event Manager to organize and coordinate internal and external events for our company, enhancing brand presence and supporting business goals.

About the Company

The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomy technologies for drones. Our solutions are codified by NATO standards and are used in over 50 units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 20+ drone manufacturers. Responsibilities

• Full management of events - from planning to final report after completion.
• Ensuring coordinated work and adherence to deadlines between the Sales, Marketing, R&D, and HR departments.
• Organizing all logistics for business trips - flights, hotels, transfers.
• Managing event budgets and reporting on actual expenses after each event.
• Developing an event management playbook.
• Managing the production of merchandise - from brief to delivery.
• Ensuring that each event has the necessary marketing materials on time.

Requirements

• Experience in event management of 3+ years.
• Experience in interacting with vendors, production teams, and event organizers.
• Ability to plan, track details, and bring tasks to completion.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing pace.
• Ability to work independently and organize oneself.
• Proficiency in English for daily work with international partners.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international trade shows.
• Experience with merchandise or branded materials.
• Experience or understanding of the tech, hardware, or defense sector.
