About the Position

Odoo MENA is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Events Officer to spearhead the organization of Odoo Roadshows and Third-Party events in the MENA & CA region. As the Event Officer, you will play a pivotal role in every aspect of event execution, from selecting venues and crafting campaigns to assessing speaker suitability and evaluating event success.

This position demands a blend of creativity and meticulousness, requiring you to think innovatively while ensuring every detail is planned. Key to your success will be your exceptional organizational and negotiation skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of our innovative software and dedication to customer success.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling content for Odoo event pages, mass emails, and other relevant promotional activities
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources for event execution
Source suitable venues and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal event conditions
Lead marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement

Requirements

Exceptional written and spoken English and Russian or Turkish skills
Passion for software products
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Highly creative and autonomous
Proficient in Google Suite
0-2 years experience

Nice to Have

Experience in writing online content
Google Adwords experience
Familiarity with Studio tools such as OBS
