Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, which includes drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning the test scenarios, test cases and checklist(s)/process flow(s).
• Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure it is aligned with global market prices.
• Treasury management for quant wallet.
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
• Manage and onboard partners onto exchange.
• Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance.
• Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization.
• More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
• Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.
• Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in risk management and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
