About the Position
Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the COO to join our team. This role requires high confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Prepare travel-related documents and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and executing of special projects and initiatives led by the COO. Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and report on outcomes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the COO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Maintain a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Completed higher education with honors.
- Fluent English level is a must.
- High level of responsibility.
- Better than enough attitude.
