This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the global Executive and key members of the leadership team, while acting as a central coordination point for our new London office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and European/global travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the leadership team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups ensuring key stakeholders are in the right place at the right time
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support project coordination and track key deliverables
- Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
- Act as the key point of contact for the London office, supporting visitors and guests and ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience
Requirements
