About the Position
We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a 1-year contract to partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer in Singapore. This role offers a monthly salary of up to S$8,000 with strong potential for renewal based on organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-frequency international travel itineraries and visa arrangements for senior executives across regional and global offices.
- Partner seamlessly with the corporate travel agency to coordinate flight logistics, transport, and premium accommodation parameters.
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, coordinate cross-border leadership meetings, and handle sensitive business correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with fellow executive support team members to establish cross-coverage and operational continuity during peak periods or absences.
- Oversee corporate expense management, document preparation, and ad-hoc operational initiatives to streamline executive workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma or degree qualification with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives within major multinational corporations.
- Demonstrated stability in previous career appointments, with a preference for professionals who have maintained long-term tenure in past positions.
- Active competence in managing complex calendar systems, digital productivity platforms, and automated expense management tools.
- Advanced organizational and cross-cultural communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders and external corporate networks.
- Adaptability to manage high-volume administrative schedules independently within a fully office-based operational corporate setting.
