About the Role
As an Executive Assistant (m/w/d) to the Chief Performance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a C-Level executive at SIXT. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – from organizing appointments and travel to managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating strategic projects, AI initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams. In this position, you will handle sensitive and confidential information, requiring discretion and integrity. In a dynamic, technology-driven environment, you will maintain an overview, think strategically, plan ahead, and act with a high degree of professionalism. Responsibilities
- You will proactively support the CPO through effective calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination, including complex coordination across multiple time zones and international markets.
- You will create and prepare presentations, memos, decision templates, and management reports, review invoices, and assist in vendor and contract management.
- You will organize and coordinate Jour Fixes, Steerings, Workshops, and events in the product and tech context, ensuring structured follow-up on action items.
- You will be the first point of contact for highly sensitive inquiries and act as a competent interface with external partners (e.g., AI vendors, consultancies, legal) and internal teams (engineering, data, operations, strategy).
- You will support AI and transformation projects, help maintain Jira boards and real-time dashboards, and actively contribute to optimizing collaboration.
- You will ensure that confidential information is always protected through professional and discreet communication.
Requirements
- Education: You have a completed commercial education or a successfully completed degree.
- Professional Experience: You bring several years of experience in an assistant role, ideally at the C-Level or in the tech, product, or consulting environment.
- Confidentiality & Integrity: You have a strong understanding of handling highly sensitive information (e.g., strategy, vendor, and personnel issues) and always act with absolute discretion.
- Tools: You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack. You are open and curious about using AI tools (e.g., Anthropic, Copilot) and are willing to quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with new tools.
- Work Style: You work in a structured, reliable, and forward-thinking manner, are highly resilient, enjoy looking beyond the obvious, and have an interest in product, tech, and AI topics.
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills, act diplomatically, and have proficient German and English language skills in speech and writing.
