  • Prioritise the CLO's time against legal, governance, commercial, and corporate priorities.
  • Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and time-sensitive deadlines, resolving scheduling challenges proactively and with minimal guidance.

Travel and Executive Operations

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes.

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of Board materials, governance documents, legal presentations, and executive communications.
  • Partner with Finance, People, Compliance, Security, and other teams to ensure materials are complete, accurate, and ready for senior audiences.
  • Handle confidential corporate, legal, financial, and personnel information with discretion.

Communication and Meeting Coordination

  • Act as a central coordination point for the Legal leadership team and key cross-functional partners.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items to support follow-through and accountability.
  • Draft polished correspondence independently.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline executive and departmental workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, CEO, or other senior executive in a complex global organisation.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and high-volume senior stakeholder interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort using Slack and Teams.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and accurately.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive legal, corporate, financial, and personnel information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently.
  • Confidence when interacting with Board members, external counsel, investors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and personal accountability.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in technology, financial services, professional services, or high-growth companies is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting legal, corporate governance, compliance, or Board processes is highly advantageous.
