About the Position

Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where you'll shape strategic decisions and contribute to the growth of an internationally successful company. As an Executive Assistant CEO (m/w/d), you will work at the intersection of strategy, management, and operational implementation. You will support the CEO on key future topics, coordinate strategic initiatives, and oversee the execution of important measures across the entire company.

Responsibilities

• Independent coordination and responsibility for strategic projects in anticipation of future requirements
• Active participation in the implementation of our company-wide strategy
• Preparation of presentations and decision templates for committees and support for projects within the CEO's department
• Conceptual development of data and company analyses and preparation of presentations for the CEO
• Support for the CEO and departments in the operational management of the department
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
• Content creation for internal and external communication
• Coordination of the timely implementation of approved measures in various company areas

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on strategy and management or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding combined with business knowledge and the ability to comprehensively understand and successfully drive strategic topics
• Initial relevant professional experience, ideally in an assistant role or in management consulting
• Experience in strategy implementation and project management
• Strong conceptual and methodological skills
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Interest in international contexts and working in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to occasionally travel internationally
