Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of strategies for established process node designs that align with advanced process node offerings and Synopsys' broader business objectives.
• Establish and manage a team that develops the requirements and technical collateral needed by the established nodes to design more complex designs faster using Synopsys offerings.
• Work closely with product management, R&D, and Technical Sales teams to align established node and advanced node needs for 3D verification with Synopsys product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with leading customers to embed new Synopsys ICV solutions into their design flows.
• Drive collaborative initiatives with partners that lead to innovative solutions, incorporating unique Synopsys product integrations and ecosystem synergies.
• Partner with the global marketing & communications team to help define joint marketing programs to promote established process node derivative solutions as they are developed.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships across all levels within Synopsys organizations to strengthen collaboration and facilitate swift problem resolution.
• Serve as a skilled negotiator and influencer to align on key established node partner activities such that they are aligned with advanced process node strategies and aligns with Synopsys’ strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 25+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
• Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required. PhD in your field desired.
• Expertise: Deep expertise in understanding the Semiconductor ecosystem, and expertise with Foundry, EDA PDK development, and associated relationships.
• Skills: Proven ability to create and grow a product management team that can support Synopsys product teams and customers worldwide. Ability to influence and manage across all of Synopsys, both within Product Management Group and all other organizations within Synopsys EDA.
• Abilities: Exceptional ability to drive and achieve results by yourself and others under time pressure. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly proficient in helping drive creation of eye-catching presentations for inclusion into senior executive talks.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to interact directly with customers and Technical Sales.
