Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence
- End-to-end ownership of HRBP processes, including appraisal, promotions, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Partners and business leaders.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for MIS reporting, analytics, workforce planning, and operational tracking.
- Carry the HR aura and have presence of mind.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from people pulse, floor pulse feedback, and people analytics.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Amber for dashboarding and talent insights would be helpful.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills for leadership reporting.
- Proven ability to drive strategic people initiatives and location-level HR initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Local from Chennai is most preferred. No outsiders.
- Ability to handle conflict management.
- Analyzing and preparing Attrition and Manpower analysis.
- Any kind of AI certification which can be implemented in HR work - additional only, not mandatory.
