Responsibilities

As a Business Executive, you will be the link between the client and the agency.

Translate and structure client demands into clear and strategic directions for internal teams.
Monitor the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met, the quality of deliverables, and the correct definition of priorities.
Conduct internal meetings and weekly status alignments with the client, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and good articulation.
Act in constant interface with different areas of the agency to ensure project synergy.
Develop the flowpost of campaigns and closely monitor the daily delivery of materials to the media team.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Previous experience in advertising service/account management, with experience in an agency or marketing area.
Fluent English.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with confidence to conduct alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational capacity, sense of prioritization, and ease in following multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Nice to Have (Desirable)

Experience with multidisciplinary projects and direct interface with areas such as Planning, Media, Creative, Content, and Production.
Intermediate/advanced Spanish will be considered an advantage.
