About the Position

Experienced Business Controller with Technical Background (m/f)

Join Henkel as an Experienced Business Controller with Technical Background. Collaborate with global teams, analyze financial data, and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Close cooperation with Henkel Consumer Brands Global Professional Hair Controlling team based in Hamburg, partnering with diverse sets of stakeholders
• Support the team with several Financial Planning & Analysis tasks, including planning, forecasting, and reporting of actual results
• Prepare various presentation materials and analytical reports for strategic business reviews at the executive level
• Create and maintain impactful dashboards and performance reports to enable effective data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Engage in process optimization and harmonization project initiatives at regional and global level

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into BI solutions
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Business Analytics tools (Power BI)
• Focus on detail, precision, and working transparently with managing priorities independently
• Active level of English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of VBA or SQL is a plus
• Flexibility, customer orientation, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new skills

Salary: from €2,000 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a minimum salary. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
