Position Overview
Reporting to the Global Security Region Leader (India – South Asia), the Global Security Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding corporate assets, personnel, and operations worldwide. This position focuses on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence related to geopolitical risks, emerging threats, cyber intrusions, and physical security concerns that could affect company interests regionally and globally. The analyst will excel in working independently but collaboratively and will partner with Boeing Enterprise Security teams, business units, and external agencies to deliver timely intelligence products that inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor global events, geopolitical developments, and security trends to identify potential threats to company operations and supply chains.
- Conduct multi-source intelligence analysis (open-source, classified, and proprietary data) to produce actionable reports and threat assessments.
- Support crisis management and incident response efforts with rapid intelligence products and situational awareness updates.
- Support regional teams with threat assessments for Boeing attended events, air shows, and sensitive campaigns being held off Boeing property.
- Develop and maintain intelligence databases, threat models, and early warning systems.
- Liaise with government agencies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to share and integrate intelligence insights.
- Brief executive leadership and operations teams on risk assessments and intelligence findings.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Watch Operations Team, which provides 24/7/365 incident awareness.
- Interact with other regionally deployed intelligence analysts to provide global standardized and seamless intelligence coverage 24/7/365.
- Provide analytical support and expertise to Boeing’s Chief Security Officer and other business partners, including but not limited to: Executive Flight Operations; Protective Services and Supply Chain Security.
- Collaborate closely with the Computer Incident Response Team’s Intelligence Unit, which identifies and mitigates threats to the company’s digital assets and provides situational awareness of the cyber threat landscape.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligence collection methodologies and analytical tools.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate security standards in all intelligence operations.
- Staff and Operational support to broader Global Security team as required.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis within defense, government, law enforcement, or multinational corporate environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality briefings and reports.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proficiency with IT, AI, and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with cybersecurity intelligence or counterintelligence operations.
- Regional expertise in high-risk areas such as Eastern Europe, the Indo-Pacific, or the Middle East (insert as applicable to region).
- Security clearance or eligibility for clearance with a recognized national authority.
- Prior experience in the defense or aerospace sector.
- English proficiency and cross-cultural awareness.
