Discover the J-Science and Solution Design team

Are you passionate about data, artificial intelligence, and technology? In the J-Science team at JAKALA, we work every day to transform these technologies into concrete and high-impact solutions for companies. We are a center of excellence with offices in Milano, Torino, Rende, and Roma, and we deal with GenAI, Data Science, Location Intelligence, and platform development, designing and developing advanced solutions for large clients across many industries. We innovate to create real and accessible value in complex and challenging contexts.

Within J-Science, the Solution Design team is responsible for engaging with clients in the initial phases of projects, transforming briefs into concrete project plans, and collaborating with experts from all areas to create solid and impactful project plans. Solution Design is also at the forefront of all AI projects where skills related to AI Strategy and AI Adoption are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the needs of clients from different industries, translating complex business needs into high-impact Artificial Intelligence solutions
• Lead the ideation, structuring, and presentation of AI project proposals (Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, automation solutions, and SaaS platforms), operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
• Manage our AI projects end-to-end, from the presale and offer definition phase to functional delivery, ensuring technical coordination and respect for timing, quality, and objectives
• Define and validate logical and functional architectures (schemas, flows, use cases) to clearly represent the business value and sustainability of the proposed solutions
• Collaborate in a structured and continuous manner with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the effective implementation of the designed solutions
• Contribute to AI Strategy and AI Adoption initiatives, supporting clients in organizational transformation processes, change management, and the adoption of new technologies
• Maintain a constant activity of updating on the evolution of the AI ecosystem, translating the main innovations into concrete and applicable business opportunities
• Present projects, progress, and results to executive and C-level stakeholders independently, ensuring clarity, analytical solidity, and results orientation

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in consulting, sales consulting, or project/program management roles on technological and Artificial Intelligence projects, gained in medium-complex and value-oriented contexts
• Advanced and daily use of generative AI tools, accompanied by a strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to anticipate industry evolutions
• Solid understanding of the main concepts of the AI and software development world, with proven ability to translate them into concrete business benefits and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage complex clients and initiatives, with direct responsibility for objectives, priorities, and results
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, combined with a marked aptitude for presentation and negotiation
• Experience in consulting, startups, scale-ups, or high-velocity and innovation contexts will be considered a strong distinguishing element
• Fluent English

Remuneration

For this position, the gross annual salary is between €45,000 and €65,000. The salary proposal will be defined within this range based on experience, skills acquired, and the seniority level consistent with the role, applying objective and neutral criteria. The Commercio - Terziario CCNL applies.
