Responsibilities

• Work alongside clients managing millions of end-users, supporting them in defining and executing customer lifecycle management strategies, from onboarding to retention, from customer value development to commercial decision support.
• Transform customer base analysis into concrete strategic recommendations, coordinate complex workstreams, and manage client relationships with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
• Define, perform, and interpret data analysis to build strategies and action plans.
• Design and execute marketing and CRM initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring quality and progress of deliverables.
• Manage client relationships autonomously from operational planning to results evaluation, building trust and credibility over time.
• Share results and recommendations clearly and effectively, even in C-level contexts, with synthesis and strategic vision capabilities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in consulting firms, with direct exposure to clients managing large customer bases (500k+ end-users), preferably in the Energy & Petrol sector.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing projects: from customer base analysis to strategy definition and operational execution.
• Aptitude for data analysis and insight definition.
• Experience in designing contact plans, campaign planning, content coordination, and management of professional partners.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong relational and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for managing senior interlocutors and presenting strategic content.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Customer Insights Journey, Adobe Campaign, Mapp, or equivalents), knowledge of analytics tools like PowerBI and Tableau, or familiarity with SQL logic is a plus.

Salary

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €37,000 to €50,000. The offer will be determined within this range based on experience, skills, and seniority level, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. The Commercio – Terziario Collective Bargaining Agreement applies.
