Responsibilities

• Management and maintenance of the accounting for some Group companies, both Italian and foreign
• Participation in the monthly and year-end accounting close
• Support in the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Management of monthly VAT settlements and major tax compliance, in coordination with the accountant, for the controlled companies, both Italian and foreign
• Support and active involvement in the insourcing process of the accounting of foreign companies in Italy, with possible transition to the SAP system
• Involvement in the accounting integration processes of new companies joining the Group

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in economic disciplines
• At least 3-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably gained in multinational companies or auditing firms
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Problem-solving, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills
• Dynamism and proactivity
• Knowledge of Spanish and IFRS will be considered a plus
