Discover the Global Service Procurement Team
Are you an organized, precise person interested in the world of procurement? In the Global Service Procurement team at JAKALA, we manage the entire purchasing cycle, from suppliers to reporting, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of internal processes. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a fundamental role in managing and optimizing the purchasing processes of services, at a national and global level.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: You will select, manage, and interact with national and international suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving any issues;
- Negotiations: You will conduct effective negotiations to obtain the best contractual and commercial conditions, aimed at achieving project objectives;
- Process and System Innovation: You will contribute to the implementation of digital and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of direct and indirect procurement processes;
- Backoffice Activities: You will manage the administrative activities related to the purchasing processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of internal documents.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably gained in consulting firms or multinationals;
- Knowledge of service procurement processes and familiarity with digital procurement management methodologies;
- Previous experience in using SAP and/or other ERP systems;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (level C1);
- Good communication skills and a strong customer orientation to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders;
- Previous experience in Project Management activities, with an attitude towards innovation and the proposal of improvement solutions;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, German, and/or French);
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, and problem-solving analysis skills.

Remuneration
For this position, the expected gross annual salary is between €36,000 and €46,000. The salary proposal will be defined within this range based on experience, acquired skills, and the seniority level consistent with the role, applying objective and neutral criteria. The Commercial - Tertiary Sector Collective Labor Agreement applies.
