Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll preparation activities: attendance control, expense verification, and deadline monitoring, with a strong focus on data quality
- Govern administrative compliance related to the employee life cycle, taking care of contractual deadlines, mandatory communications (hirings, terminations, variations), and administrative reporting to support the HR team and the business
- Collaborate actively with colleagues and internal stakeholders, offering operational support and clarity on administrative processes, with a concrete, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
- Support the team in daily administration and payroll activities, contributing to managing operational cases with attention, precision, and team spirit
- Identify anomalies and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions and contributing to the optimization and standardization of personnel administration processes
- Actively participate in HR Innovation projects, collaborating on the customization and evolution of internal tools, with the goal of making processes increasingly digital, efficient, and user-friendly
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Legal Sciences, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, gained in structured contexts or in Labor Consultancy firms
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and preferably in-depth knowledge of the Commerce - Tertiary Sector Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever-evolving contexts

- Competitive salary ranging from €23,000 to €36,000 gross annually, based on experience, skills, and seniority level, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. The Commerce - Tertiary Sector Collective Bargaining Agreement applies.
- Hybrid work presence: 10 days in the office per month, with full freedom to work from wherever you prefer, whether in Italy or within the European Community.
