Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing market data, brand insights, and target behaviors
- Supporting the definition of positioning, communication, and content strategies
- Assisting the team in developing pitches and strategic proposals
- Collaborating with creative teams to ensure strategic coherence and transform strategies into action plans
- Monitoring performance and optimizing strategies based on results
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in agency or company roles related to strategy
- Familiarity with analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening, market research) and a willingness to learn new ones
- Excellent writing, summarization, and storytelling skills for presentations and strategic documents
- Collaborative attitude and predisposition to teamwork
- Interest in exploring different industries
- Attention to data-driven approaches
- Passion for new sector trends
- Curiosity, willingness to understand, and ask questions

Compensation
For this position, the expected gross annual salary is between €25,000 and €35,000. The salary proposal will be defined within this range based on experience, acquired skills, and seniority level consistent with the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. The Commerce – Tertiary Sector Collective Agreement applies.
