Your challenge?

• You are the final responsible for the efficient and quality delivery of your accountancy dossiers within the agreed budget. Challenge accepted!
• You ensure the review, follow-up, and finalization of the VAT declarations, interim financial statements, and annual closings prepared by the (Sr.) Consultants.
• You do not stop at delivery, you extensively discuss the dossier with your clients, depending on the complexity with a partner. They see you as their accountancy ‘companion on the journey’ and can turn to you with their questions and concerns.
• You prepare special or one-off assignments. Tax optimization advice, assistance with statutory changes, assisting with tax audits, …? Here too, as an advisor with your built-up expertise, you can support your client.
• You support and guide consultants in the execution of their work. You regularly provide feedback and share your knowledge and best practices with them.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and quality delivery of accountancy dossiers
• Review, follow-up, and finalization of VAT declarations, interim financial statements, and annual closings
• Extensive discussion of dossiers with clients
• Preparation of special or one-off assignments
• Support and guidance of consultants

Requirements

• Master's or professional bachelor's degree with a specialization in accountancy-fiscality
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm
• Proficiency in digital accounting packages and Excel
• Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing)
• Critical and analytical mindset with a strong client focus
