H World International - Team Center in Frankfurt am Main is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. As an Expert Application Services professional, you will be responsible for solving complex IT issues and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- As a technical problem solver, you will resolve complex issues in our IT stack (PMS, CRS, and CRM) at an expert level.
- To ensure a smooth guest journey, you will manage API connections and data flow to third-party systems such as payment providers.
- To truly understand bugs, you will provide precise root cause analyses (RCA) directly to our central product teams.
- At the interface between Ops and Tech, you will translate operational requirements into technical concepts for the global roadmap.
- By proactively monitoring ticket trends and logs, you will fix vulnerabilities before they disrupt the guest experience.
- Empowering our team is important to you: You will create guides that support our hotels in self-help.
Requirements
- With your experience, you confidently navigate complex software worlds.
- Your keen eye allows you to quickly identify error sources – from browser cache to database errors.
- A structured ITIL mindset helps you stay calm and focused even during a "System Down" in the hotel.
- You can put yourself in the IT perspective of the hotel's daily routine and immediately translate operational problems into technical diagnoses.
- Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite.
