About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Cloud Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires deep expertise in Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, provide Level 3 support, and ensure secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and provide Level 3 support.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Utilize deep expertise in Windows Server environments and cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of expertise in Windows Server technologies and cloud engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft DFS, IIS, Active Directory, and file services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
- Expertise in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, Ansible, Terraform), Dynatrace and AI is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish and French are a plus.
