Expert Customer Contracts (m/w/d)

About the Position

TDK Electronics is seeking an Expert Customer Contracts (m/w/d) to manage quality assurance agreements and technical customer contracts in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiation of quality assurance agreements and technical contracts under the condition of a QM system certified according to IATF 16949
• Review and feedback on general technical customer inquiries and customer-specific requirements
• Participation in contract negotiations
• Support for business units in reviewing contracts and product specifications
• Conducting internal training on Q-contracts, Customer Specific Requirements, and specification creation
• Optional participation in technical associations and working groups (e.g., ZVEI), conducting internal quality audits
• Continuous improvement of contract review methods (e.g., using AI tools)

Requirements

• Technical or scientific degree
• Basic knowledge of quality management and quality assurance
• Fluency in German and English
• Several years of professional experience in parts of the listed responsibilities (e.g., in quality management, product marketing, sales)
• Good IT skills and interest in the development of IT tools including the use of AI
