Responsibilities

• Delivery / Business:

  • Act as an expert on various consulting, expertise, technical audits, process mapping, data roadmaps, and architecture definition missions (Cloud/On premise).
  • Assist in the choice of tools, PoC/MVP, coaching/training.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings and contributing to the drafting of responses to tenders.

• Technological Vigilance / Innovation:

  • Ensure continuous technological vigilance to keep skills updated.
  • Evangelize internally at Keyrus on data architecture topics through periodic meetups or after-work events.
  • Train and support colleagues in skill development.
  • Represent Keyrus and its expertise in data at major schools/universities.
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships with publishers.

• Coaching / Communication:

  • Participate in the recruitment of new talents, including technical interviews and technical tests.
  • Train and support colleagues in skill development.
  • Potential rapid evolution into HR management roles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, mixing operational and consulting missions.
• Strong knowledge of data architectures (Cloud/On premise) and associated technologies.
• Significant experience in team and community management.
• Aptitude for commercial development of offerings.
• Rigorous and proactive, sharing the values of results, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Mobile, as required, to complete assigned missions.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of DevOps best practices for continuous integration.
• Certification from a publisher in the Cloud and/or Big Data domain.
• Good level of English (some publisher events are in English, as well as keeping up with articles and videos).
