About the Position
Expert Full-Stack Engineer
Join Framna as an Expert Full-Stack Engineer to build a next-generation passwordless authentication platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Work across the full stack using AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape solutions across frontend and backend
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges
- Use AI tools effectively while critically evaluating their output
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building digital products as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, with the ability to guide technical decisions and best practices
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and React
- Experience working across the stack with end-to-end ownership
- Experience using AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and team collaboration; ability to guide adoption
- In-depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and technology selection
- Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern web communication patterns for architectural decisions
- Extensive experience with frontend and backend testing approaches and tools; ability to define testing strategies
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish
