About the Position
Expert NIS2
Paradigm, identified as an essential service under NIS2, needs to restart and structure its NIS2 compliance program. We are seeking an Expert NIS2 IT Security Program Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium for a 4-month period from 01/08/2026 to 31/12/2026.
Responsibilities
- Support and accompany the internal Program Manager.
- Establish an operational NIS2 program structure.
- Assist in the resumption of program management.
- Provide support and skills transfer to the internal Program Manager.

Languages

- Experience in governance cybersecurity, NIS2 compliance, risk management, and structuring compliance programs.

Objective:
Enable Paradigm to regain control of its NIS2 program, focus on real priorities, and establish a credible path to sustainable compliance.
Deliverables
- Program Framing and Consolidation: Mission framing note, scope confirmation, project charter, and program planning.
- Risk-Based Mapping, Criticality, and Prioritization: Review of existing business mapping, identification of significant internal and external dependencies, and linking critical activities with cyber risks and NIS2 requirements.
- Risk-Based Methodological Approach and Minimum Viable Compliance: Methodological approach for prioritizing actions based on real risks, definition of a Minimum Viable Compliance baseline, and identification of initial evidence elements.
- Improvement Plan and Roadmap: Prioritized improvement plan, phased and iterative roadmap for NIS2 program management, governance recommendations, monitoring reports, indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support for Internal Program Manager: Support, coaching, and skill transfer sessions, targeted workshops with relevant stakeholders, and support for structuring necessary decisions, arbitrations, and follow-ups.
- Reporting and Handover: Periodic progress reports, handover support to management, and capitalization of methodological supports for program continuation post-mission.
