We are seeking an IT Strategy Analyst Senior to manage Microsoft contracts, digital workplace partnerships, and operating model evolution for STIB-MIVB in Brussels, Belgium.

Duration: 11 months

Start Date: 01/01/2027

End Date: 31/12/2027

Responsibilities

• Contract management Microsoft: Manage the Enterprise Agreement Microsoft in all its dimensions: true-up, renewal, license optimization (E3/F3, LTSC, Power Platform, Project Online...), positioning regarding audits, financial monitoring, and reporting to management.
• Digital Workplace: Oversee the contractual relationship and performance of Digital Workplace partners (SLA, governance, escalations, roadmap), in collaboration with the Digital Workplace Manager and operational teams.
• Expert: Renewal of the Digital Workplace Services market project – Contribute to the drafting of the specifications, analysis of offers, sourcing strategy, and transition to the new provider(s).
• Expert: SAM/HAM project – Define and implement the processes, tools, and governance for software and hardware asset management; ensure license compliance.
• Support/project operating model I&O: Support the reflection on the target organization of the I&O department: process mapping, analysis of flows and roles, organizational impacts, preparation of workshops, and management decisions.
