About the Position
Join Luxoft's Development Centre in Bucharest as an Expert Team Coordinator, managing Cyber Hygiene Automation for a renowned client. In this role, you will be working for one of our world-famous clients. The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. This role's purpose is to plan and drive execution of the Cyber Hygiene Automation roadmap, ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and regulator-ready automation outcomes across SCM, Vulnerability Management, SWAT, and Governance. Responsibilities

Delivery and Planning:
- Own delivery of Cyber Hygiene Automation initiatives across:
- Asset discovery
- Scanning
- Analytics
- Reporting, escalation, and governance
- Cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate delivery across:
- Engineering
- Cyber Hygiene SMEs
- Platform and application teams
- Risk, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders
- Ensure SDLC alignment for automation capabilities.
- Coordinate delivery across:
- Own delivery of Cyber Hygiene Automation initiatives across:

Risk Dependency and Control Management:
- Manage:
- Regulatory expectations (TRC, SOX, ECB/FRB)
- Control dependencies impacting automation accuracy
- Track and mitigate delivery risks related to:
- Tool integration
- Data quality
- Scale and performance
- Manage:

Governance & Reporting:
- Establish delivery governance:
- Milestone tracking
- KPI and outcome measurement
- Executive level status reporting
- Support audit readiness through traceable delivery documentation.

Requirements

Must have:
- Strong Project Management experience, 7+ years of experience
- IT Technical background
- Proven experience managing security, risk, or compliance automation programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Cyber Hygiene domains (SCM, VM, logging)
- Regulatory control environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
- Fluency in English language
