Responsibilities

• Administer and operate Red Hat OpenShift and OpenStack (RUN & BUILD) platforms.
• Ensure maintenance in operational conditions and N2/N3 support.
• Participate in the technical evolution of platforms (upgrades, patching, securing, and optimizing).
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Contribute to the industrialization and standardization of Cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Support project teams in deploying and operating new services.
• Participate in resolving complex incidents and analyzing root causes.

Technical Environment

In this role, you will work in a rich technical environment requiring different levels of expertise depending on the technologies.

You must have solid expertise in the following environments:

• Red Hat OpenShift, with real experience in administration (RUN & BUILD).
• OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon).
• Linux (system administration).
• Automation via Ansible.
• Networking, virtualization, and storage.

You should be comfortable and operational with:

• Kubernetes.
• DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Git, GitLab, and industrialization tools.
• Private and hybrid cloud infrastructures.

You should have basic knowledge to develop skills in:

• Monitoring and supervision tools.
• GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Sovereign cloud environments.
• Advanced containerized architectures.

Requirements

• A Bac+5 degree (engineer school or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in administering cloud platforms and infrastructures, with significant expertise in OpenShift and OpenStack.
• Experience in RUN and BUILD activities for critical platforms (administration, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and service evolution).
• Good command of Linux and automation practices (notably via Ansible or equivalent) and comfort in demanding production environments.
• Significant experience with Kubernetes, private or hybrid cloud infrastructures, and containerization technologies is a plus.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic with a good sense of service and client relations.
