Global Graduate Programme

Our Global Graduate programme’s mission is to develop the future leaders of BAT. The 18-month rotational programme is structured to grow essential business and leadership skills through world-class learning, international exposure, and a job role where graduates can contribute from day one. Our Global Graduate community come together for a two-week Graduate Academy (one week in London) for a deep dive into BAT where they connect with fellow Graduates and senior colleagues from across the globe.

British American Tobacco Fiji has an exciting opportunity for Global Graduate- Corporate & Regulatory Affairs (CORA) in Fiji

It’s an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills - full understanding of the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the CORA Function work together with other departments to achieve outstanding business results.

You will be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career pathways, and you will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience, as well as international exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong business understanding through various role rotations within Corporate and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Support the development and planning of campaigns and messaging, liaising with all functions and championing change.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the external and regulatory environment, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • You will be assigned on a strategic stretch project where you will collaborate with the team to deliver results for their relevant sub-function.
  • Proactively drive your development plan through on the job, coaching and mentoring sessions, formal and online training.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, and highly adaptable
  • Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
