British American Tobacco Fiji has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Finance in Suva.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

If you are a driven, hardworking and results-oriented individual, our Finance Global Graduate Programme will let you maximize your potential. It is an 18-month fast-track to a managerial position with unprecedented international exposure that is geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills, full understanding of the dynamic of the market that you are operating in, and how to work together within business functions to achieve outstanding business results.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or an equivalent degree, and GPA minimum 2.50 out of 4.00
Final year student, graduate, professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
Excellent academic track record
Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
