About the Position
Expression Of Interest - Global Graduate Finance
British American Tobacco Fiji has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Finance in Suva.
Responsibilities
- Join our 18-month fast-track program to a managerial position with international exposure.
- Develop outstanding skills and a full understanding of market dynamics.
- Work within business functions to achieve outstanding business results.
- Engage and build your network with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Receive guidance and support through coaching & mentoring with senior leaders.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 2.50 out of 4.00.
- Final year student, graduate, or professional with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Globally Mobile.
