Global Graduate Programme

Our Global Graduate programme’s mission is to develop the future leaders of BAT. The 18-month rotational programme is structured to grow essential business and leadership skills through world-class learning, international exposure, and a job role where graduates can contribute from day one. Our Global Graduate community come together for a two-week Graduate Academy (one week in London) for a deep dive into BAT where they connect with fellow Graduates and senior colleagues from across the globe.

British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Marketing in Fiji.

If you're driven, hardworking, and results-oriented, our Marketing Global Graduate Programme will help you maximize your potential. The program aims to raise future leaders of the BAT Marketing Team.

It's an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure explicitly geared for high-potential individuals. It helps you develop outstanding skills and a full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in and how the Marketing Function works together with other departments to achieve outstanding business results.

During structured rotations and accelerated career pathways, you will be immersed in stretch projects that challenge and excite you. You will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience and international exposure.

Responsibilities

Support National Sales and National Field team initiatives to drive market share and volume growth.
Analyze market data and drive insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
Assist in the execution of volume delivery and business growth initiatives.
Contribute to innovation projects and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade, and Finance.
Participate in mentoring and learning sessions with senior leaders.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in assigned projects.
Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Digital marketing awareness and creative thinking.
Internship or project experience in Marketing preferred.
