Expression of Interest: Global Graduate - Marketing
Location: Suva, Fiji

About the Role:
British American Tobacco (BAT) is seeking a driven and results-oriented individual for its Global Graduate Marketing Programme in Fiji. This 18-month fast-track program is designed to develop future leaders of the BAT Marketing Team, providing unparalleled exposure and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and the Marketing Function's role in achieving business success.
Responsibilities
- Support National Sales and National Field team initiatives to drive market share and volume growth.
- Analyze market data and drive insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in the execution of volume delivery and business growth initiatives.
- Contribute to innovation projects and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade, and Finance.
- Participate in mentoring and learning sessions with senior leaders.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in assigned projects.
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Digital marketing awareness and creative thinking.
- Internship or project experience in Marketing preferred.
