Your contribution to something big:

• Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and standards across the manufacturing area.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Understand the current physical process and align it with the S/4 HANA System, identifying improvements between physical and informatic processes.
• Support the implementation of AI for the S/4 HANA System.
• Support the identification and structuring to automate manual steps in the system.

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in working close to the shop floor and operational processes.

Duration: 12 months
